SMALL GROUP TRAINING CLASSES
These 50 minute small group class are limited to 3 people in order to tailor the workout to new exercisers while keeping it challenging to the most advanced students and everyone in between. Each class varies, often including high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit training, strength and flexibility, and plyometrics. We use a variety of equipment including TRX, Dumbbells, medicine balls, and body weight exercises in a safe, effective friendly environment.
OUTDOOR FITNESS CLASSES
Outdoor fitness classes are held in Magnolia and run similar to Small Group Training, but a maximum of 8-10 people per class. Please reach out for current locations and times. Classes are generally offered in a 6 week series, run March-October depending on the weather and interest level.
Class Schedule:
Classes are currently offered Monday and Fridays at 6am.
